Whilst there is no getting away from the fact that it takes quite a long time to roast a hog (5-6 hours) depending on size, once the hog is in the oven, there is really very little to do except wait. Feast have established contacts with local butchers, so if preferred we can supply the hog boss oven complete with hog, all set up and ready to go. We can also supply bread rolls, paper plates and condiments if desired.
