We very quickly discovered when we started off using the Giant Paella pans, how incredibly versatile, they could be. They are ideal for many rice based dishes including Jambalaya, and can also be used for Fajitas, or even a Chilli. On the last working day before Christmas we always have a breakfast fry-up for our staff and this year decided to do it in one of our giant pans. It was a roaring success, so easy to do, and the sight of a sea of sizzling sausages and bacon caused a wave of greedy anticipation amongst our staff.
